  • Can this be retrofit into a current system that was installed in 1988? We have the standard wall inlets coming from under the house (raised floor).

    Thank you for your question on the models CI365V VacPan for the central vacuum system. You can retrofit the CI365V into an older NuTone vacuum system, but ease of installation would depend on the available access to the current tubing.

    There is no suction when we turn on our Vacpan , what should we do?

    Thank you for your question on the model CI365V central cleaning system Vacpan. If the CI365 does not turn the main canister on, but the rest of the system works fine, you would need to have the CI365 repaired or replaced. If the rest of the system does not work either, you would probably have a problem with the main unit. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 888-336-6151 for assistance.
