Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works! I don't have a vent to the outside. This definitely works better than the previous fan and filters the air quickly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Install! I have to wait for the electrical hook up, but the fan has met my expectations in appearance and ease of installation. No fault of the fan, but it's not going to get power for awhile in a remodel effort. I am confident it will be quiet as claimed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THE FAN MOTOR IS TOO SMALL. IT HARDLY PUSHES ANY AIR AROUND

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the small bathroom that I have. Very quiet and easy to replace filters. Mounted it on the wall near the mirror. No longer have a steamy room after a hot shower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OK exhaust fan This fan was rather easy to install (depending where the room is and available power source). I would only recommend for small bath room. A little on the noisy side but does the job in removing moisture and odors. Good fan for the price.

    where does the filter go?

I see it on the diagram of installation instructions but it does not make sense. There is not slotted place to put this and how does it stay in place? Would appreciate any help.
    Asked by: Debba doo
Thank you for your question on the model 682NT non-ducted fan. The charcoal filter attaches up inside the unit housing, so the air will move through it, into the main part of the housing where the fan blows it back into the room. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 888-336-6151 for further assistance.

Is this type of fan right for a large closet?

I would like some air movement in a storage closet under the stairs. Will this be adequate?
    Asked by: office closet
Thank you for your question on the model 682NT duct-free fan. The 682NT will pull in air from the closet, pull it through a charcoal filter (to help eliminate any odors) and push it back into the room. If you want to get fresh air into the room, you would need to use a fan that is vented to the outside.
