    • Four-function control provides a single switch with three settings, great for Sensing models (On-Auto-Off); remaining switches control the light and nightlight so you can select just the function you need
    • Also works with heater/fan/light/nightlight products so you can control just the combination of functions you desire
  • 77DW is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look closely This switch WILL handle the 4 settings -- heat, exhaust, regular light, night light. Because one of the three is a double toggle. This is not obvious from the packaging, instructions or anything else. Play with the switches and you'll se

  • using this as a 3 way switch

do you have a standard diagram to set this up in a 3 way configuration?
    Asked by: Ricky
Thank you for your question on the model 77DW four function wall switch. The 77DW is not a three way switch. We do not offer a three way switch and would not recommend trying to use this product in that application.

Will a standard face plate cover work with your 77DW?

Thank you for your question on the model 77DW wall switch. The 77DW will accept any standard Decora style wall plate.

XN110HL wiring diagram seems to conflict with this switch's instructions

The wiring diagram that comes with the XN110HL is a bit different than the one that comes with the recommended 77DW switch. The 77DW diagram shows both a red 15A wire and a black 15A wire going to the sensor/fan. The XN110HL diagram shows only a black-to-brown sensor wire with the red fan wire (and an orange sensor wire) capped off and unused. So it would seem either one of the two 15A switches is being unused, or the 15A red from the switch should be connected to the red fan wire? And the 15A black connected to the brown sensor wire? I want to be able to have the fan go on based on the sensor, as well as "force" the fan on as needed regardless of the sensor.

Thank you for your question regarding your XN110HL humidity sensing exhaust fan/light/night light. You will want to follow the wiring instructions on page 5 of the fan installation instructions for the controls you are wanting. This will allow the sensor to turn the fan on, as well as provide you with the manual “on” function. The wire colors on the installation instructions may not be the same as what you have run in your home, however they are just used as a reference. You will need to have 4 hot wires and at least 1 neutral (white) wire run to your fan assembly. You can also contact the Technical Services Department at 1-888-336-6151 for further assistance.
