    Temperature settings

I see from a previous answer that the range is from 60-90 degrees. Can this be adjusted as I’m using this with an exhaust fan for the garage where the temps can be excess of 100 degrees in the summer. I’d like the fan to kick on at say 90.

Thank you for your question. The 70TW is designed to operate within the range of 60-90 degrees. The 70TW cannot be adjusted to operate about the 90 degree max setting. We do not make a wall controlled thermostat that operates above 90 degrees.

Does it work for the Nutone 9093 (Heat/Vent/Fan/Nightlight)

I am looking for an in-line thermostat to prevent overheating the bathroom if someone turn the heater switch on and forget. Are there other model numbers or I only have one choice?
    Asked by: Andrew
Thank you for your question regarding the 70TW thermostat. The 70TW thermostat is made to activate the vent fan if the room temperature rises above the preset comfort setting. It is not made to prevent a heater from getting too hot. If you want to prevent the heater from being left on, we would recommend wiring your heater to a timer switch. If you have any further questions, please call Technical Support at 1-888-336-6151.
