How / where do I subscribe so I can continue using my knock?
My free trial has ended. How do I subscribe? Can you share the link so I can start paying you guys?
Thank you for your question. We are extending the Free-Trial period. You will receive a notification when the software is updated in the near future. After the New Free-Trial period, you can activate your Cloud Subscription via your Knock App.

Can multiple devices download the app and have access to the Knock doorbell/camera.
I would like myself and my wife to have access to the doorbell with different devices. Is this possible? So either of us can access the camera.

Can you reset it to "new" if installed incorrectly?
I think I set mine up wrong initially. I cannot get it to connect to my wireless and when I look for it my wireless settings it no longer shows up. I have deleted the app and tried to start over, but it still will not detect the KNOCK when I try to add a new device. The troubleshooting guide does not help. Yes, my internet is working. Yes, my wireless modem is working.
Thank you for your question. The Knock will only work when connected to a 2.4GHZ WiFi signal. You can always go back through the setup steps that came with the Knock. For further assistance, contact Technical Support at 888-336-6151.
