Rated 5 out of 5 by from GOOD PRODUCT! Years ago I bought a wireless doorbell that uses this pushbutton. Both have always worked great until batteries need replacing or the button gets worn out. The button is easy to install. Batteries are pretty easy to find online. Broan-NuTone needs to support the doorbells they sell and make this pushbutton available again PLEASE!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They stop working in 2 months I have gone through 3 in the past 6 months. They last about 2 months and then stop working. I've replaced the battery, it rings from the new battery going in but the pushbutton won't make it ring. Very POOR design & quality.

  • Will a PB72WH wireless Pushbutton work with an unknown model.

I am unable to locate the Model Number on an older NuTone wireless door bell? The only number I can locate is: FCC ID: J5Y-TRINE-331. It is at least 10 or more years old. What wireless pushbutton will interact with this unit?
    Asked by: Dusty Roads
Thank you for your question on the model PB72WH wireless push button. The PB72WH wireless push button is designed to work with our current wireless door chimes. If you have a NuTone wireless door chime that is 10 years old, it would not work on it. The wireless push buttons for those chimes are no longer available. It may be possible to get it repaired, but we have no substitutions for it. Please contact our customer service department for a local service center or at the top of our website, under "Dealer Locator", you can search for a local service center to see if the unit can be repaired.

    NuTone 50G Wireless door bell

I have an 11 year old wireless doorbell Model No 50G that no longer has the door buttons. It is FCC code J5Y-WIL. Are the buttons still available or should I start over? If the buttons are available are there instructions on how to code the chime and the buttons?
    Asked by: Tom
Thank you for your question on the model 50G door chime. We do not have a model 50G in our data base. We would no longer have compatible components available for any of our older wireless chimes. You would need to start over with a new set.
