Rated 5 out of 5 by Great! Nice powerful little unit, my bathroom is a litte on the small side so it clears it up pretty quick. Noise is there, but nothing to bother me. I would replace with the same one and thinking of adding the same one to my work area. March 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good "Bang for Buck" This product seems to be a good "bang for the buck". It was a replacement for a old Nutone model that lasted for almost 25 years. My only complaint is that I had to cut out the ceiling to install because the old unit was obsolete and a replacement motor was not available. During the installation, I discovered that the exhaust duct was completely blocked with a nest of yellow jackets, so this became a bigger job than expected. By any rate, after being stung a couple of times, I was able to complete the installation, including new duct work and drywall patching. Also, I am using a 75W LED bulb which works fine. Rated 5 out of 5 by The features and price of this product are an excellent value. This fan/light has been an excellent purchase. It was very easy to install. The ability to vent moisture from a shower is very good and quiet. The light is more than adequate. March 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Functionality is good The fan works great. Only problem that we have is when there are strong winds, the "flap" is making a lot of noise. Still not able to determine the problem. But for that would recommend same March 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by This was the highest model for the size we needed (NOT HAPPY) My bathroom is only approx. 8x5 and this model doesn't do really anything. We needed a lighted model which it does light up the room good but that is about it. If we would have purchased the next lighted model it would have taken up half of my ceiling which would have looked stupid. NOT HAPPY! March 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Upgrade to builders grade CFM Works as expected. Better air movement and quieter than one builder installed March 10, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not bad for the price My only real issue with it is that it is loud. If you don't mind that then it works fine. The first one quit working after only a short time. I didn't have my receipt but customer service was great. They sent a replacement motor without any hassle and it was easy to install. The replacement has worked fine for several years now. March 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Loud but efficient I installed this in our half bath. The fan replaced a ceiling light that was installed by a previous owner of the house. It was easy to install from our attic as I had access to the ceiling from up there. The fan runs a bit loud, but does a good job of clearing odors quickly. March 10, 2014

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 763RLN exhaust fan/light. You would first place the tip of a small flat blade screwdriver between the light lens and the grille and gently pry the lens out of the grille. You would then remove the light bulb. You will see a nut in the top of the reflector. When you remove the nut, it will release the grille assembly from the ceiling.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 769RFT exhaust fan/light. The power unit and grille from the newer version of the 769RFT will work in the older housing, but you would also need to change out the reflector assembly.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, for any sizable increase in CFM (cubic feet per minute), you will need to change your existing housing. There are no upgrade "kits" that will accomplish this for your particular model.

i CURRENTLY HAVE A 763RLN it does not seem to clear mirrors and get rid of the steam created after a shower. I checked the damper vacuumed it out as best I could. Is it possible to switch the 50CFM motor and fan only with a 110 CFM motor and fan. If so which one (model) should I look for

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 763RLN exhaust fan/light. The only parts available for use in the 763RLN housing would be the original replacement parts. You might want to consider Ultra Pro model RN110L which is designed to retrofit in existing construction. It provides 100 CFM, is very quiet and is easy to install. Download the instructions from our website and call the Technical Service Department at 888-336-6151 with questions.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 769RL exhaust fan/light. Model 769RL cannot be mounted in a suspended ceiling but you might look for model HD80LNT and download the instructions from our website. It addresses suspended ceiling installation.
