  • Can this work as toggle switch SPDT or DPDT

    I have a 2 way water valve. I currently use a single pole double throw to open the valve and close it? If yes can you send instructions please. Thanks

    Unfortunately the NFS20 is a single pull single throw device and would not work in this situation.

    Thank you for your question regarding the NFS20Z. The relay is closed when the controlled load is turned on. When the power to the controlled load is turned off, the relay is open.

    How can I change the LED pattern?

    Currently when the load is on, the LED turns off, and when the load is off the LED turns on. Is this because of the way I connected the blue cables? Should I swap the way I have the blue cables connected in order to change the LED pattern? I would like the pattern to be reversed, it makes more sense to have the LED on when the load is on. The User Manual states this can be done, but it doesn't say how. Currently I have the device following the wet connection diagram. Thanks

    Will this switch need to be reprogramed if power goes out?

    Thank you for your question on the model NFS20Z Smart fixture control. Of course, the system needs to be powered to work, but under normal circumstances, if you lose power the NFS20Z should continue to work once the power comes back on.
