Our recessed fan lights disappear into the ceiling with other recessed lights, so they are practical decorating and air removal solutions for any room in the house. The LED bulb provides 25,000 hours of light, significantly reducing the amount of time you have to spend replacing light bulbs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Works great! I installed these in both my bathrooms above the shower and tub. The fan is so quiet, i can hardly tell it is on. The light is plenty bright as well and lasts forever with a 75 watt PAR 30 L bulb. June 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A recessed light with a hidden fan. Great recessed ceiling light- once installed you'd never know it was a fan also. The fan is moderately quiet. You could easily install a lot of other recessed lighting cans in the bathroom and not be able to pick out which one was the fan. I only wishe the fan was a tad quieter. Good looking. Oh. AND good to know, the special light bulb (compact fluorescent specialty bulb- not your normal screw in) gets brighter the longer it's on. I thought it was the wrong bulb or poor design until I realized 10 minutes later that the bathroom was much brighter, lol. March 10, 2014

Is the fan/light rated for installation in a rated ceiling assembly?

This would be applicable for a multi-family building that is wood construction with floor ceiling rated assemblies. Ie./ we are ordering the ceiling diffusers with radiation dampers in order to maintain the assembly rating.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question regarding the 744FLNT. This unit does not have a radiation damper assembly that would work with it to maintain the fire rating. If you need further assistance, please call Technical Support at 1-888-336-6151.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 744SFLNT humidity sensing exhaust fan/fluorescent light. The 744SFLNT requires the use of an R30, BR30, or PAR30 shaped 16W compact fluorescent lamp with GU24 base. It is U.L. listed for use over bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit and using these bulbs only. We do not recommend using any other bulbs in this unit.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model 744NT exhaust fan/light. The 744NT requires the use of an R30, BR30, PAR30L, or PAR30LN lamp only (75 watt maximum). For wet locations (above a tub or shower) – use a PAR30L or PAR30LN (75 watt maximum) lamp only. We do not recommend using any other type of lamp in this unit.
