Will this work with model 2090?
My Nutone original outside door speaker requires the visitor to push a lever to hear or to speak. They don't know I am talking to them so they don't press the lever. This door speaker would work much better. PS: My Nutone Intercom System is from 1968, functions perfectly and is throughout my home. So I don't want to replace it, just need to communicate with visitors.
I actually found the original instruction book and it was "operator error"! Works just fine- Amazing that this system works after almost 50 years!

What is the distance between the 2 screw holes?
The distance between 2 screw holes on my old Nutone is 4.5". The speaker's part number is b-36076.
Would NDB300BB replace my old unit? If not, what do you recommend?
Thank you for your question on the model NDB300BB radio intercom door station. The spacing between the screws is 5-5/16 inches. The NDB300BB is designed to work with our current systems, model NM100 and NM200. This door station is not designed to work with the older NuTone intercom systems. We no longer have the door stations available through the factory for the older systems. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 888-336-6151 for possible assistance.

Is there any other door speaker with chime that could be connected to IMA 3303 system ?
In my first question you told me that IS69 door speaker with lightedchime
pushbotton is obsolete and is not being produce anymore, but my system IMA3303 is in good condition. It is the whole system obsolete?
Thank you for your question on the model IMA3303 radio intercom system. The IS67 and IS69 are the only two recessed door stations with a push button that can be used on the IMA3303 and they are no longer available through the factory. You can do an internet search for them or contact the Technical Service Department at 888-336-6151 for possible assistance.
