Rated 5 out of 5 by No Problems We have had our unit for a year, now. The only issue has been a burnt out night light. The fan is much quieter than the one it replaced; and, the unit performs more functions. February 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by A quiet fan with great features I purchased and installed this fan about 6 months ago. The quality of the unit is excellent. The fan is quiet enough for me. The light and night light allowed me to upgrade my prior fan/light combo with night light capibility. The look of the face plate gives a very updated look. It was straighforward to install with the wire color coding matching the instructions in the booklet. February 6, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not as good as advertised I purchased the product and within 3 months, it stopped working. The fan is quiet though compared to others. October 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Powerful Awesome fan! Super quiet with great airflow. Note: Keep the exhaust at 6" with minimal turns! March 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very quiet with alot of power I would recomend this fan great power low noise. I like the nightlight feature on this unit and the main light gives plenty of light. March 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Excellent product - QUIET and MOVES some air! I installed this fan to replace a 10 year old Broan fan that had turned yellow and looked awful. The new fan installed quite easily and had good instructions that were easy to follow. I used a 6" to 4" adapter so that I could keep my current roof vent, and even with that adapter, the fan is very quiet and moves some air. The fan has now been installed for a year with no problems. I would highly recommend this product. February 20, 2013

Thank you for your question on the model QTXEN110FLT exhaust fan/fluorescent light/night light. There is only one lens available for this model. There is no way to get more light out of it.

Does the nightlight have a sensor in the light unit or in the "multi-control" switch to turn it on and off? Or is the night light always on?

Thank you for your question on the model QTXEN080FLT exhaust fan/light/night light. You would need a separate wall switch with the associated wiring to operate the night light.

I have a QTXEN150FLT-A Original.... and the previous fan uses a 3" duct.

It is impossible for me to get in this part of the roof. What problem would incur if I used an adapter from 6" to 3". How much would I lose to resistance ...ect... As you can see from the photo (hopefully) that the roof is a mere inches away.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model QTXEN150FLT exhaust fan/light/night light. The QTXEN150FLT is designed to use six inch (preferably rigid) duct work. You cannot use three inch. Three inch duct work will cause way less air movement, more noise, cause the motor to work harder than it should (shortening the life of the motor) and voiding the warranty.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on the model QTXEN150FLT. This model is designed to be used with a 6" duct size. You can reduce this to a 4" using the model 475. You will have reduced performance from your fan and increased noise due to this change.

    Answer:
Thank you for the question on the model QTXEN150FLT exhaust fan/fluorescent light/night light. You would connect all of the white wires from the unit to the house white neutral wire. You would connect the black wire from the unit to the hot power wire from the fan switch. Connect the blue wire to the hot power wire from the light switch. Connect the ground wire to the bare house ground wire and cap off the red wire.
