    REPLACE CV-750 PART No. 599 WITH CT700?

    I HAVE A CV-750 MODEL BUILT IN CLEANING SYSTEM AND I NEED A NEW POWER BRUSH(THE MANUAL SAYS THE BRUSH PART No. I NEED IS 599 BUT A DEALER OF YOURS TELLS ME THAT ITS NO LONGER AVAILABLE), SO THE QUESTION IS WILL THIS BRUSH FIT?

    The current power head is our model CT700. The new power head will work for you with the correct hose and wand. To determine what you may need you can call our Customer Service line at 888-336-3948. Your local dealer may also be able to assist you.

    Can the CT700 be used in place of CT600?

    Answer: 
    Thank you for your interest in our products. The CT700 is the current power head. However, you will also need an additional model (model CT170 or CT175) so it works with your hose. Which model to get will depend on what hose you have. Here is the guide-line:
    '20'-Series hoses: Use the CT170
    '15'-Series hoses: Use the CT175.
    If you are uncertain of which hose you have, give our Customer Service Department a call at 888-336-3948.

    Hi, Chris. Thank you for your interest in our products. We appreciate your business. The power head model 599 did work with the CH510 hose; however the current CT700 power head today will not be compatible with the older hose. If you purchase the CT700, then you will also need a new hose. To be certain that you get the correct hose, contact our Customer Service at 888-336-3948 and ask them about the following three models: CT700, CH520, and the CT170. You will need all three pieces to operate the unit correctly. BUT, we would still want to ask you about your inlets to be certain we have suggested the right hose. So give us a call. Thanks, again.

Please note that you will need two additional items. 1. Wand, model CT170; 2. Hose, model CH520. The new power head requires the use of the wand, and the hose you have currently will not be compatible with the CT700 today.
