Light and cover assembly
A previous contractor which has now been removed and replaced had an HVAC technician install the fan, but the light and cover were not installed. Can I order just those components for two bath fans? Thank you for your time.

can i setup dual switch for 772rbnt if i only have white and black lines?
772rbnt unit want to establish a dual switch connection. problem is the wiring instructions show blue to red and I have no red lines in my switch box. just white, black and ground. is there any options for dual without adding another line?
Thank you for your question on the model 772RBNT exhaust fan/light. The red wire in the installation instructions is simply to show where the wires are going. The 772RBNT has two white wires, a single black wire (to power the fan) and a single blue wire (to power the light). To use two switches with independent operation of the light and fan, you would need a minimum of one white wire and two hot wires (they can both be black) going from the wall switch box to the 772RBNT. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 888-336-6151 if you need further assistance.

We had installed the 772rbnt between 6 to 12 months ago and the fan has stopped working. We have checked all the electrical outputs in the fan and they are live. Can we purchase just the fan assembly replacement or do we need to purchase a complete decorative fan light?
Thank you for your question. The fan/light in question has a one year warranty from date of purchase, as long as you have your proof of purchase. Please contact our Technical Support group at 888-336-6151 for further assistance.

I seem to have wired the switches backwards for the fan and the light from what I had before and it is driving my family nuts. rather than re-wiring, can I simple swap the plugs? (that is, plug the fan into the white receptacle and the light into the black) Or is this dangerous for any reason?
Thank you for your question on the model 772RBNT exhaust fan/light. It should not make a different if you switch the sockets that the fan and light are plugged in to.

Is this unit rated for a 100% duty cycle? I'd like to wire it to a dehumidistat switch and at peak usage it could end up running 24hrs at a time.
Thank you for your question on the model 772RBNT exhaust fan/light. This unit is not designed for continuous duty and should not be run for 24 hours at a time.
