  • How does one reset this unit to its factory default settings?

How does one reset this unit to its factory default settings? I have discovered the Samsung SmartThings controller cannot do what I want, so I want to replace it with another controller before I start installing these switches all over my home. The SmartThings documentation for device removal says to refer to the documentation for the specific device, but the switch documentation says nothing about device removal nor factory reset.

Thank you for your question on the model NWD500Z smart dimmer wall switch. Each Configuration Parameter can be set to its default setting by setting the default bit in the Configuration Set command on your controller. All Configuration commands will also be reset to their default state when the NWD500Z is removed from the Z-Wave network. Please call Technical Service at 855-249-0610 if you need further assistance.
